Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because templates are digital products delivered instantly, the following applies:

One-time purchases & bundles

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the template has a defect we can't resolve, or if it was not as described. Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account. Once a refund is granted, access to the corresponding Pro download is revoked.

Subscriptions

You can cancel an all-access subscription at any time from your account — you keep access until the end of the current billing period and are not charged again. We do not refund partial billing periods, but you may cancel before the next renewal to avoid further charges.

How to request a refund

Email landix.ninal@gmail.com with your order email and the template/bundle name. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
