shop.allanninal.dev (the “Shop”) is operated by Allan Ninal. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. A free account is required to download any template, free or Pro.
Products & delivery
Products are digital website templates delivered as downloadable files. After a successful purchase, the product is available immediately from your account's “My downloads” page, re-downloadable at any time. Use of each template is governed by the License.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and processed by PayPal. We do not store your card or PayPal credentials. One-time purchases are permanent; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled (see your account).

Acceptable use
You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer & liability
Templates are provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products.
